T-mag meltdown Training

Yep, I am on the 2nd week of that program right now. Its pretty damn intense and you'll really have to push yourselft to get through the workouts. Start out with lighter weight
 
But supersetting squats, deadlift. pushups? 3 sets of 10?
hmm... maybe ill give it a try sometime..
 
actually its pull-ups, squats, push-ups, deads. 4 sets of 10.

Yea I would give it a try if you want something different. I've been doing very well on it and seem to be getting some good results.
 
dude it's tough shit. what's even tougher for me is that I did it in the morning on an empty stomach. I'll still do it every now and then, just because I hate morning cardio, but I found that I was overtraining by doing meltdowns and then doing my normal training at night.
