GREAT INTERVIEW !!! I didnt know anything about him until now......he has alot of knowledge to teach. Dieting is the hardest formula to figure out in this game.

Yup, that's how it is @ my board too. If you're on board there, you'll be updated as to what's happening. I mean, hell, that's how it oughta be. It'd be pretty boring without keepin' things moving and updated............

I especially liked that part about "one of the larger but juvenile boards" LOL.

One of these days I may sign up for one of your diets. I would be the first to admit I don't know jack shit about dieting.

Looks to be possibly the end of this year perhaps, based upon a few other variables of "life" and such. I did three last year, so I'm kind of wiped in that sense. To make more gains I'd have to chill out and just let myself grow and grow, without beatin' myself up doing shows and all. Besides, I'm looking to stay ripped or get ripped up in show type shape for pics/mags/media/etc., stuff one gets paid for and get publicity for.........doors opening, that kind of thing. Screw a plastic trophy and notoriety for a bit.......I'd rather make something of it all. :)

Seems like you should lay off the contests and concentrate on the job ordeal. Appears that that has been working out well for you my friend, as you said "Screw a plastic trophy"...I think there is so much more self appriciation and forfillnes from helping people.

it's something I enjoy, and something you can do far longer than competing gathering trinkets here and there. You know the feeling you get from helpin' others.......it's great! :)
