My organization is meeting in S.D the second week of June.
I'll be there for a week.
I want to rent a car to drive to T.J
Wanted to know if this is recomeded.
Any info would be great.

Ive heard the same rumors again and again "TJ is hot". I was there on Wednesday and I can't say I noticed anything different. As long as you are careful and take precautions, you are very unlikey to have any problems... I stay away from the revolution though... Anyway if you need help email me and I give you the tips I can. I will not openly post any of that information here.... By the way I cross at least 6 times a year, of course for the Coronas....

It depends on where you are going. Last week alot of poilce where around b/c of memorial day coming up and there were quite a few HS proms there going on and Revolucion Ave is the place where they all come by (the rich kids in Limos) and some HS aged kids going to some of the clubs/bars to drink.
Getting back to the "hot" idea the plaza when you walk over is crawling with plainclothes cops . Dont flaunt your shit and be a dumbass and you'll be ok-ie be discreet.
