T-BOL shedule

im going to use 80mg T-BOL day but im wondering how should i take it.funny thing is that i actually don't know t-bol active half life,and cant find any informations about it.
how do u guys take it?
should i spead the dose trought the day like d-bol? or take 40mg twice a day?

i split it at 80mg, 40mg in am 40mg in pm, usually 1 hr b4 workout....pumps r fuckin awesome bro
