t-bol question

people always recomend 40-50mg a day. When looking at the steroids profile it says that 20mg is 3.5 times the endogenous testosterone level and that 40mg is only 4.5. Thats double the dosage with a gain of less than one third of test levels. So would 20mg give close to the same gains while being less toxic?
 
I can't really answer about the levels but from my experience t-bol works best at doses of at least 50 mg ed (and that is when stacking with test). The t-bol i get is of good quality too so underdosing is unlikely. I use as much as 70-80 mg ed if the stack doesn't include anything besides the test.

The t-bol produces great results for me but only for short periods of time (max. 4 weeks) so i use it in short bursts as kickstart usually.

I like the fact that it gives pumps and strength like d-bol but without the water.

I like tbol for the strength gains it gives 30mgs is my sweet spot,i usually run it for up to 8 weeks then thats all my body can stand joint wise,i also increase my intake of MSN, glusomanine suflate and jello during that peak time.

A one time I'd consider tbol the perfect steroid, but it wasn't very available. Today, I wouldn't recommend orals, but as far as orals go, Tbol is pretty awesome.

Similar to dbol, (which I loved) though not quite as powerful, yet less bloating and less aromatization.

People rave about var but I think Tbol blows var away. It's no more harsh on the liver at similar dosages and is easier on HDL.

I figured t-bol would be one of your favorites despite being oral being that its not too supressive a low androgen and can be ran alone. What dose/cycle would you recomend Nelson?
 
Tbol tends to take 1.5 to 2 weeks to really kick in. You will feel it a little around day 2 or 3, but it seems to ramp up strong into the 3rd week, and works best in week 3 and 4. It then tends to fall off sharply in week 5. It's this weird ramp up and fall down that causes many users to immediately up dosage before they hit week 3 and think that it's needed to run at the higer dosage. For me, 40mgs a day works great, you just have to be patient. You'll gain a couple pounds the first week, a couple more in week 2, then week 3 and 4 will be the best weeks. I gained 17 kept pounds on a short cycle ealier in the year, and that was at mild caloric intake. I'm currently ending week 2 of another short cycle of tbol and up 6 solid pounds (but taking in a ton of calories) - with most of it in the last few days.

I think alot of the ramp up is due to the drugs long half life. Since most people take it every day, and with it's long half life, you're actually building up blood plasma levels over the first weeks until you reach such high levels that it really kicks in. I would imagine you could keep tbol working into week 5 and on if you up the dosage, but I wonder about the ROI at that point - is the fall off due to receptors downgrading and being saturated (does tbol perhaps have a high affinity for decreasing sensativity at the receptor?)...

I'd run 30-40mgs ED for 4 weeks. Tbol is great for short cycling.

The only thing I hate is that it gives me heartburn REALLY bad, so I split it up into 4 doses during the day, with food...

I also notice that I am prone to carb-related water retention when on tbol. I have to watch my carbs or I get stomach bloat and face bloat (more so then when off).

Well, I got great gans from only 25 mgs a day of dbol. I'd agree that 30-40 mgs a day for a month would be incredibly effective, though I'd recommend running POST CYCLE and Liv 52 throughout the cycle.
