My diet is....
1 carb ,3g protein,.2g fat per pound body weight.
3-4 gallons of water a day,1 propica,1/2 clomid,1g milk thistle,1 cranberry exstrat,multi vit+minerals,2g creatine,
4000 calories,extra vitamin E, whole boxing routine except for running,I do back/bi's,rest,shoulders/tris,rest,back/legs,rest,cheast/tris/rest,rest,arms,legs,rest,back/bis/legs,rest,cheast/tris,rest,rest,shoulders/tris,rest,rest,tris,bis,hamstrings,quads,calfs,deltoids,forarms,cheast,ect,ect.I do routines like this to constantly change and allow rest adn isolation of certain muscles oh yeah thats not exactly the same but an idea.
