Just wanted to give an update on my current cycle. Cycle is Syrus NPP 150 mg Q3d for 6 weeks and Orbit Var 30 mg Qd for 30 days starting the last 2 weeks of the NPP cycle. I also upped the NPP a month in to 200 mg Q3d for about two weeks (because I had a little extra I didn't want to have any left overs). This stuff was facken great!!! I haven't been the best example for nutrition however, I consume about 250-300 g protein/day, and about 2700-3100 cals per day(not enough I know). My carbs lack sometimes because carbs can really put the pounds on me. but they usually sit around 200/day at the most. With that being said the following is my progress thus far. Pretty good I feel becasue my diet could/should be much better.
I've gained about 14 pounds so far (how much of H20 I don't know because I'm still cycling) in the perfect world in my head I'd like to say no water but we all know what the reality is... Bench: has gone from 295 for 2 to 335 for 2, shoulder db press: from 90 for 3 to 105 for 5, preacher curls: 80 for 4 to 95 for 6, wide grip pulls: bodyweight (after 4 sets 3 of which were partial bodyweight) 2-3 times to 4 sets bodyweight only for 6. Legs - I don't work legs for strenght or mass just to keep them strong as I have had numerous surgeries to them and don't want to fuck them up worse than they are. Any comments are welcomed. Can you guys amagine if I ate better what my results would have been! I say props to syrus and orbit. I'll update when I'm done everything.
