ive got the same shit...supposedly the longer you lift, the better it gets.
just make sure you are working your weaker/smaller sides with the propper amount of weight, even if you have to slow down with your dominant hands.
if you can do 10 reps with the 40's (on curls just an example..) but only 6 reps with your left hand, you want to drop down to a lower weight to make sure your working out the weaker one fully.
same with benching for example, you dont want to be leading with your right side because its stronger, you want to drop the weight and keep the bar even
