Syephrine and ephedrine

Does anyone know if it would be ok to take synephrine and ephedrine at the same time? I have never take synephrine so I dont know what kind of side effects you get from it. What do you guys think.

synephrine is the crap that replaced ephdrine when it was outlawed. Ive taken it in some of the products now being sold and IMO it is a weak imitation at best. My advise, chuck the synephrine and stick with the tried and true ECA.

The thing is, I was wanting to just take the ephedrine along with another weight loss product I have, but it contains synepherine and I wasnt sure if it was ok to mix them.
