Or whatever it is called... I want to follow his guide, however the example used was a 220 lb guy, I am around 200 - 206 lbs. How would I adjust this to fit my bodyweight? What are the macro nutrients?

Yes, sorry if the post was confusing. Lets say I weigh 200lbs. How many carbs, and how much protein should I be ingesting lets say post workout 1 and post workout 2?

1) He mentions during the carb loading phase that the carbs should be bodyweight x 3. Fine.
2) During the carb depletion phase, 1.5 to 2grams of protein per lb of bodyweight. My diet is almost carb free anyways. What should make fat intake be?

Does it mention how many cals in general...using the example of the 220 lb guy? how many cals is he injesting?

I wouldn't really listen to anything swole says. Lyle Mcdonald owned him on several occasions on the other boards.

Swole has his own "ways" of doing things. I wouldn't pay the guy for diets, that's for sure - but that's just me.

IMO, you're better off just doing a bodyopus. :coffee:

Mr.X, Is there anything you can recommend other then this 7 day guide? I want to be at my best on stage, this is my first show. Thanks in advance.

Swole's a total dooughebag, but at least he looks (I guess) like he's supposed to. And he can deadlift more than 200lbs, I bet- unlike Lyle who's straining to lift that much in competition. Basically both of them pimp their own versions of CKDs. Nothing special.

My advice? Buy BodyOpus, by Duchaine.

I always thought SwoleCat had an awesome physique. But from what I've read he does seem to be a dick.

here's a link to an excerpt from Lyle McDonald doing BodyOpus - I guess he dropped 3 lbs in the first week.

Everyone has their own opinions but Ive worked with Swole for over 4 years now.. I always seem to go back to his diets.. They has very broad, but the overall scheme of them works well.. One thing Swole is not, is a dick. He is one of the most professional guys I have worked with. I wish i could say the same for some people on this board..

I Nagree that he's an asshat, and honestly, if he was any good, then his clients would be kicking ass on the national level, as he'd be doing. Instead, he won a local show, once, and hasn't competed in years after that.

On the internet, that would appear to serve as enough credentials to start a diet consultation company.

I believe you can hire Elena Seiple for roughly the same amount of money, and her clients win shows, as does she. Lyle and Swole aren't very good, at anything, as far as I can see.
