The program seems cool, but I am having a hard-time understanding exactly how many grams of protein/carbs I should be eating. As well, as how many and what type of meals. The way its worded has me confused, can anyone help me out, I'm 6ft 185lbs

I have a couple questions about it, wondering if any of you can answer them. I'm going to post my orginal questions directed twards SC, so the grammar will be off, but you guys will get the point.

Questions regarding program...........................For example on the first "friday" you say to have a pw meal and a second pw meal, but you don't mention what other meals to eat and what times do eat them that day.

Same with Saturday, you don't mention what meals to eat and how often to eat them.

For "Wednesday" You say alternative chicken and sweet potatoes every 2 hours. I was wondering what should the macro nutrient ratio's be for each of those for the hypothetical 220lb guy.

On the friday before the show you say eat chicken and sweet potatoes in every meal. Again, was wondering what the ratio's should be.

I don't myself agree with a few things that SC does, but overall, I think he's good people and would absolutely recomend his progams. His cutting program worked well for me with more carbs that i thought would make for a good cutting diet. I signed up for SUP2 a few weeks back. Too early to tell how well it works, but he has a diet AND routine put together by a reputable bro he works with and has as a mod on his baord. He'll happily answer 200 e-mails a day if you wish to send that many questions. He's been in the mags already a few times. He must be doing something right. He's in awesome shape himself. When he first started up his whole diet thing, lots of bros dissed him, and now he has a lot of clients, and people who are not clients of his seem to have a lot more positive things to say about him now-a-days. Now like I said, I don't agree with some of the things he may do, but in an industry full of BS artists and supplement companies that lie through their teeth, he stands out as a respectable individual IMO when it comes down to his diets and helping people out. I can't say the same for SOME of the other things he does, but overall, he's good people in my book.
