If yoiu are telling me and the other mods that your diet that you charge $150 for is different for each person then just post one diet...since no one will be able to use it and each diet is a custom one....you should have no problem posting it..............

So are you a "Not For Profit" Organization under your Copy Wirtten Diet? Also can the donation one gives you be written off on my income taxes....?

ADVERTISE with a sample diet....instead of having ICEMAN1111 get a piece of each client he reccomends and vice versa the way I heard you push his ALA......

ok here it is...

8- orange juice, protein bar and 8 oz. of your dad's jizz
10- 25 grams whey protein and 1 scoop of poo
12:15- 10 oz of your dads jizz or 8 oz of lean beef and a diet coke
4- ALA, Flax seed oil, whey shake, and chitlins (be sure and trim the fat off)
8- (postworkout)- 10 oz of jizz with 75 grams of dextrose
10- Steak, pasta, and piece of your mom's ass...

yah do that NJ and you will be jacked...no doubt
 
dewd move on. The diet is the same I'm sure other than macronurients are based upon each individual and his/her stats. There is more to it then just the diet. It's about nutrient timing, cardio and training timing and use of some OTC's that can help excellerate the fat loss. It's all about using the combination in conjuction to diet for each individual. There's a formula to it.

here's the diet: I eat Protein, I eat Carbs, I eat Fats. It's about knowing the proper way of going about it.

Get over it bro. Why do you persist?

i dont see what the big deal is? its simple IMO. if you dont believe in SC dont buy the program... if you do, there are plenty of happy people who have tried and seen results from his assistance, myself included

I have never used swolecat, but he seems like a nice guy and I've heard some good things.


That said, let me say that I believe Mr. X knows a shiteload about diet as well, and his newsletters are free. He also helps on posts and ripped apart my diet! but it is awesome now because of him! :p


I guess my point is that the info is out there if you are willing to look for it or ask the right people, and it doesn't cost $150.

i agree with you Stacked 100%.......i think your persistence is fine.....i dont quite get this copywritten diet....whats next.....Bigandy69 copywritting his cycles......come on......

regardless....i remember plenty of sites that list many awesome diets....and in my opinion....im not paying 150 unless its chris aceto or chad niccols(sp.?)...those guys are good.....i can figure out a diet on my own...

if you are serious enough to use anabolic steroids, that means u have been in the lifting game for quite some time, so i dont think its necessary to have such help....bulking and cutting diets are individual, and through trial and error you find out what is good for you....i dont think someone who you will never meet knows your own body better than you....but this is all with the assumption that you have been in the game awhile and your knowledge of basic to advanced dieting is very high....

The only problem I have is that the gotfina.com board is a cult because of this...7/10 threads are about swoles diet.

I've wasted enough money on bogus supplements, and even though I don't think this diet is bogus, I hope this board remains free of "members-only" type threads and advice.
