I've had good results, but once again, I don't know how much is due to the swole, and how much is due to the fact that I started taking swole, R-ALA, dextrose, and protein after workout at the same time. I also stopped losing weight and got on a sensible bulking diet at this time.
I have noticed a lot more stamina, and have made good gains in the month+ I've been on it.
