decided to switch from wsb (after 5 mos) to animalmas's DFT. wsb did what i needed, rehabbed my back, brought up my weak point (tris, hams, l back, abs) and made me stronger.
it also gave me 15 lbm, 65 lbs on my dead, and 50 on my squat and 25 on bench.
decided that i need to look pretty also
(my quads and bis and such were shrinking
)
i suspect my strength will continue to rise w/ this system, albeit not as fast.
I will still use the following from wsb, Max effort, continuous tension, and keep working on my crappy gpp.
