Well I went from Atkins diet to a bulking diet, threw some carbs into all my meals, ate around 2800 cals yesterday with about 125 to 150 grams of carbs, and 150 grams of protein. Last night I couldn't sleep worth shit and I have a sore throat. Could the radical change in my diet have done this to me? Should I cut back on the carbs for a while again to see if it goes away?
