swelling??

I have a friend on pink thais (d-bol), 2cc's a wk of testosterona and 1/2 cc of anastrozole (liquidex) a week. He started this cycle 2 weeks ago at first he injected in the top of his quad, which he found out was a huge mistake. He had what looked like an infection it lasted a week or so then went away. then the good leg became ultra sore in the calf and now has been swollen and filled with fluid from the knee to the top of his foot. He went to the doctor who sent him to the hospital for x-rays and a sonogram which showed nothing. the doc took blood and did an EKG so far he has found nothing but elevated levels in the liver which is to be expected, nothing dangerous or out of the ordinary. Has anyone every experienced anything like this? The swelling is creepy and quite painful.
