Ok I really started yesterday...

MONDAY

7am HIIT cardio
30 sec full effort/ 60 sec moderate effort 8xs

Meal 1
1 scoop ProV60 6oz fat free milk

Meal 2
2 egg whites 1 egg
1/2 grapefruit
1 cup coffee 1 packet splenda splash of fat free non dairy creamer
500ml water

Meal 3
5oz chicken breast cut up in 1 cup of salad
1/2 avacado sliced in salad
3 Tablespoons EVOO
1/2 grapefruit
250ml water 250ml sugarfree tea mixed

Meal 4
1 banana
handful of almonds
500ml water

Workout @ Gym

Seated calf raise- 4 sets 10 reps
Leg Press- 4 sets 8 reps
Leg extensions- 4 sets 8 reps
Walking lunges- 3 sets of 10 per leg

ABS:
Bicycles 8 sets of 75 sec
100 Incline crunches holding 8lb ball

Meal 5
5 oz Lean Thin cut sirloin steak
1 cup steamed brocoli
1 cup red potatoes
** both with 1TBS EVOO
500 ml of water 250ml of sugar free tea

Meal 6
1 scoop ProV60 6 oz fat free milk
 
Tuesday

Ok... I can't visit the gym today because we are trick r treating. BUT.. I think lugging a 29 lb 1 year old around for a couple hours will be somewhat of a workout in itself. Hubby can't go (he's working) so I will have 3 by myself. Wish me luck. :)

Since I can't make it to the gym... I will be doing my Diane Austin Total Body workout at home. It's the best I can do.

Meal 1
1 scoop ProV60 6oz fat free milk

Meal 2
1 cup oats w/2 packets splenda made w/water
1/2 grapefruit
500 ml water
1 cup coffee fat free non dairy creamer & 1 packet splenda

Meal 3
5 oz chicken breast
1 cup veggie mix- snow peas, brocoli, cauliflower
1/2 cup cottage cheese
250ml water mixed w/ 250ml sugar free tea

Now I am about to go start my workout video while the kiddos are napping. I have 2 more coming on the bus at 3 so I gotta get a move on. Will report the rest of the day later 2nite.

Whew! 2 subdivisions & 3 hours later I am pooped. The kids are still on a sugar high roaring & ready 2 go. I am proud to say that I didn't have even 1 piece of candy.

I am BACK! I had to take a little break... between me & my boys getting the flu, then Christmas and the oldest's birthday I have been slacking :rolleyes: But, I am giving it my all again.

I got down to almost 90 lbs while I was sick... I am back up to 97 as of today!!! My goal is to gain about 10-15 lbs of muscle... I don't have a time frame... Should I?? And if so what is a good goal?

I started taking PurCEE about a week ago. I have been taking 1 pill pre workout. Today I will go up to 2. Our gym shut down for a few weeks due to new ownership (I live in a VERY small town, we have 1 withing 100 miles.) My husband bought a punching bag, and we already had a weight bench with leg attachments. Plus weights galore! So I am doing what I can at home until the gym hopefully opens on the 1st. ** Any ideas of good home workouts will be appreciated.***

Today's meals (so far)

Meal 1
3 eggs
1 cup old fashioned oats w/ 1 packet Splenda
1 cup coffee
500ml water

Meal 2
A few sticks of celery
2 tbs Natural PB
500 ml water

Meal 3
1 can tune mixed w/ 1/2 avacado lime juice
1 cup spinach leaves w/ 2 TBS EVOO a few cherry tomatoes
250 ml water/ 250 ml sugar free tea

How much time do you want to spend working out at home? and the shadow project is good, but you have to substitute some exercises if you are going to do them at home.
 
DO you have Digital Cable? If so, check out their "on demand" or similar channel (where you find the pay per view movies). They should have a "health and fitness" channel on the freebie part. You can find at home workout there.

I have Cox and I really find some good ab, stretching, and yoga videos.

I don't have dc. I have satellite. Maybe they have something like that. I do have a REALLY good ab video.. Crunch Ab Attack. I will flip through the channels for a health & fitness channel. thnxs 4 the advice.

Well, hope everyone's New Year started better than mine! 1st thing this morning, as I was getting some milk from the fridge... my 2 year old who was at my feet, all of the sudden turned around and hauled ass to his room. As I turned to chase him there was a knock at the door. When I answered his curiosity got the best of him so he came to see who was visiting him... that's when I saw the HERSHEY"S CHOCLATE SYRUP that he was pouring all over my carpet!!! The whole entire bottle, from his room the the living room he left a little trail!!! He thought it was hysterical. My guests... not so much. :mad: :mad: :mad:

Yes it is OK :) ... it's hard to get exact .. i'd say if the % are within 5 of the 40/30/30 then it should be ok
 
Thanx Bunny! I'm still gonna try & regulate it, but it's nice to know that it doesn't have to be exact.

Thanx florencia for the encouragement. I am being 100% faithful to the dieting & working out.... I just don't have much time to log. I need to work on that. I guess I need to prioritize my time... but my kiddos always come 1st. I could spend less time cleaning house... :D Course, my hubby may not care too much for that.
 
Ok... I have started to come out of the weight gain slump!! This morning the scale told me that I weighed 103 lbs!! I am not sure my bodyfat... but I don't think it's gone up. My stomach which had that thin baby fat layer (you know the one you get after child 2, and gets way worse after child 3??) is now showing my abs. Only a tiny bit of that soft skin left... yet I am gaining weight. I hope that means it's mostly muscle. We are getting a new dryer today so I gotta get the old one out before hubby gets home... will report back as frequent as I can. Also a question 4 anyone to answer.... I am not having a regular visit by my Aunt Flow... I am absolutely NOT pregnant could it be the new diet? I am hoping at least. I have endometriosis, and had some scar tissue & such lazered off less than a year ago. Don't want to go there again... at least not this soon.
