normally, from any cycle your goal should be to keep 8-12lbs. of lean hard muscle from it cuz although you might gain 30-40lbs on a cycle, most of it is water weight...so if you did two good cycles, you could easily put on and keep 15-20lbs of lean muscle and get you to where you want to be...

Like Always Thanks for the help guys, As a side what whould be somthine good to stack with sust250 just deca again like i did with test?
 
Ive never retained any water from sust...never ran with deca though, only EQ or alone. I hear people putting on 30-40 lbs, 15 in the first week... Never happened to me. Only lean gains always, I split up my sust shots EOD though..

What was your dosage per week. what dosage were you shooting eod?
