normally, from any cycle your goal should be to keep 8-12lbs. of lean hard muscle from it cuz although you might gain 30-40lbs on a cycle, most of it is water weight...so if you did two good cycles, you could easily put on and keep 15-20lbs of lean muscle and get you to where you want to be...
