sustanon or deca?

i`m starting up very soon, i only want to start off with just 1 on its own.. would sustanon be good or deca is better to start up on its own?

ur right georg, ppl are too lazy to do some research. I would be too afraid of getting the wrong advices. The search gives you more than enough material to make a decision for urself. Than again the newbie is looking for more interaction from the bros and wants a more personable reply.

the sus will produce quicker but I would choose deca in ur case. Long term gains will be better. If you are a tested I would not choose deca, you can show metabolites even after 18 months of being off.

Best thing for you to do is a search on the forum. If your not plat. then the search isn't the best. Anyhow I would recommend stacking the two together. 500mg sust, 300 mg deca week. If you were doing one or the other, I suggest doing Test. I don't want to have to worry about things like "Deca dick" on my first cycle. It has been said that Deca also shuts you down like nothing else. Welcome to the dark side. You have just began your journey. Do your home work before anything else. Good Luck Buddy.
