i want to do a sust cycle 500mg but what should i take with it to get the best gains and solid gains. i have test prop. this is my second cycle.
should i frontload the sust?

I have seen people who have front loaded sust wks 1-3 or 1-4, guess it speeds the time when results start to show. altough to alot of these guyys there is no "frontloading" they were talking ed, and eod sut injections, now that IMO is unnecessary, and wouldn't give any more benefit than 2X awk , ok maybe 3wk to max benifit of "prop" but at 30mg an amp.. that aint shit.
maybe sust 2xwk, and add a seperate prop inj to get this benifit, should've checked into Aratest.

great and great, if you want you could sub primo for eq at some point to cut the carb cravings. I'm going to try this and hope the gains are the same, for me the d-bol and test make me blow up so primo, may be a nice way to keep some gains.

...probably more, but these are fairly basic and the gear is readily available. Frontloading works, but I would make sure to use an aromatase inhibitor.

If you want to blow up and you have no hairloss problems (i.e finasteride will not be part of your cycle) then I would take deca over the eq.

pimp made some great suggestions.

instead of front loading the sust, just add some extra prop to your cycle for the first 2 weeks, but this isn't really necessary either.
