Sustanon and tren e

I've already logged my cycle and stats and everything on an earlier thread...was just wondering when you guys think I should see noticeable results and or sides from this cycle. I have broken out with considerable acne on my stomach and chest but nowhere else. My libido does seem to be up a bit and I feel a little tighter and fuller. Assuming workouts and diet are on point, when should I start to really see a nice transformation with these two compounds. I just bumped the sust up to 750mgs wk from 600 and the tren e up to 350 mgs wk frm 300. Just finished week three of cycle. What do you guys think?
 
That's hard to say without knowing what your diet and workout looks like. Post up what a day's diet looks like and a typical workout for say chest and whatever else you work that day.
 
Diet: meal 1: 40 grms whey or humapro protein shake 1 lipo6 black fatburner
Meal 2 (1.5 hrs later)- 5 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 2 pieces marble rye toast, 1 slice cheese 2 need2slins, 3 hcgenerate, 2 super enzymes
Meal 3 (2.5 hrs later)- 8 oz turkey breast on pumpernickel, berries or banana, 3 eponox, serving of n2guard lowest yogurt 2 super enzymes
Meal 4 (2.5 hrs later)- 10 oz chicken or steak with wholewheat tortilla and cup or two brown rice and lowfat shredded cheese 2 super enzymes
Prewrkout (1.5 hrs later)- 30-35 grms whey or humapro protein shake with lipo6 black fatburner 45 mins later prewrkout drink ex. Vpx anarchy covalex or no explode
Postwrkout- 45 grms protein with creatine and 35 grms dextrose
Next meal ( bout 1.5 hrs later)- steak tips and rice with green beans need2slin, hcgenerate 2 super enzymes
2.5 hrs later- 30 grms casein shake with eponox 1 hr later 3 zma
 
I'm 5-10 237 lbs (up 4 lbs last 3 weeks) bout 15% bf.. Seemed to drop a little bf last 3 wks also..wrkout 6 times a wk
Mon chest tues arms ( bis and tris). Wed legs thurs back fri shouldrs sat off sun chest tris mon back bis and so on.
Chest wrkout example (I switch up exercises etc. all the time
Incline bench wrmup 2 sets 175, 205
4 working sets from 225 to 305 starting with 12 reps pyramyding down to 7 or 8 reps
Flat bench hammerstrength 5 sets from 225 to 345 all in 8- 12 rep range (previous max bench was 465 when I weighed 30 more lbs) now I concentrate on contracting muscle more than huge weight.
Weighted bench dips 4 sets to failure
Incline db flyes from 45s up to 75s 8- 14 rep range
Cable crosses 5- 7 sets from 30s up to 90s for 8-14 reps per.
This is an example of a chest workout which I do switch everything up a lot
 
lol that was hard to read. looks pretty decent to me though...don't sound like a noob. Should start seeing strength gains at least in week 3-4 and I usually see really noticable results on longer ester in week 5-6. You sound pretty experienced if you've benched 465 though.

How many cycles have you ran?
 
Sust is a longer esther so it might take alittle longer...i usually suggest kickstarting for quicker results but youll like the results you get on this!
 
Thanks for the replies. Sorry it was so hard to read. I've been lifting for bout 15 years bit pretty hardcore last 7 or 8. Did a dbol only cycle when I was young and stupid but the last three or four years I've done 5 or 6 pretty strong ph cycles. I have alot of experience gaining and losing weight. Bout 7 years ago I went from a sloppy 225 to 165 with 6% bf. More recently I went from 210 to 256 over an eight month period with 2 short ph cycles last year. I'm more comfortable at the weight I'm at now but this is my first pinning cycle

Yeah bro...I was just thinking to myself that who am I to give advice to you because I've never even came close to benching 465. But I've never been much over 210 either.

With that being said, you definately shouldn't be using tren, IMO, on your first injectable cycle. You'd see some great gains with a test only cycle or with an oral thrown in at some point.
 
Yeah I researched this cycle for a full year and I really wanted to stay away from the tren. I went to a "guru" to set up a test, equipoise, anavar cycle but got the sust and tren e kinda pushed on me I think cuz that's what his guy had that day and I must admit I was too impatient and said screw it. I'm still waitng on some ancillaries but have been using forma while I'm waiting on the rest. Haven't had any sides yet except the acne ( fingers crossed)
 
Cool.. Yeah I have forma right now. Armidex, caber, and letro should be here any day now ( they actually were supposed to already be here but you know how that goes.) I also have hcg I'm going to use towards the end of cycle. Using the hcgenerate now till it runs out then I'll use hcg then back to hcgenerate for pct. Gonna run the rest of the supps I mentioned earlier throughout. Then for the rest of pct will run post cycle, unleashed, and phytoserms 347. Probably continue the forma also into and through pct. Was looking to avoid nolva and clomid but may get some tomiferin also.
 
I had put on a good 6 lbs the last few weeks but the last 2 days I lost 4 lbs. Just hit up my first pin of the 4th week. Am I freaking out prematurely bout my gear being junk?... I have gotten some serious acne on stomach and chest and legs but other than that no sides.. I definitely look bigger and fuller. If it was just any type of oil you were injecting would you get acne?. maybe I am just being impatient.. Anyone help a bro out?
 
Hi ,for a second there I thought I was reading about myself ,also training 15 years just started sustanon / tren e cycle myself ,similar diet to me as well,can't say I bench 465 though I am lucky if I get just over 300 lol

From what you are mentioning it sounds spot on,you need to give it till at least week 5 to make a call

How is your temper etc ?that's I know I have good tren because I become like a woman on period (no offense ladies)
 
I guess it's alright..I wouldn't say it's much worse than normal. I appreciate the reply I think I'm paranoid cuz of all the threads I read about bunk gear. I do have another source to get different stuff just didn't want to waste all the stuff I already have. I did my first pin on 6/16. Goin twice a week with the shots. So it took till the 5th week for you? Heard so much bout the sides of tren and I really haven't seen much. Just the acne. I do feel a little more anxious and am sweating a ton at the gym though. Do the sides come on gradually or hit you at once? What did you notice bout your weight this early in your cycle?
 
i am only in my first week, i have been cruising on test e for awhile now dieting down, so early days for me too, i have also had to change labs which has made me too also very nervous about junk gear . so in the same boat as you at the moment.

my experiences with tren started with tren acetate , where i would notice the shorter temper after the first week. my experience previously with tren e though i would say round week 3 i would notice i became more irritable etc.with week 4-5 i would start to notice the strength gains and alot more focus and aggression in the gym

ironic but possibly a good sign is you being anxious as its also a sign for me, as well as i am slightly warmer especially at night while sleeping

sustanon and tren dont inspire massive water bloat so 4lbs isnt bad going so far imho

the sides i found come on gradually with me and tren e , more aggressive with tren ace , but overall i experience worse sides in the long run with tren e with regards feeling tense etc.

weight wise will be difficult to tell for the next 4 weeks, as i am using this time to strip some more bodyfat while waiting for the compounds to be in full swing before switching to a lean bulk , so my calories are restricted and carbs low , and plenty cardio at the moment

i cant help you with the acne, as i dont suffer that side effect , usually a good sign ?
 
That was definitely my first reaction to the acne. But then I can't get out of my own head that hey if I was injecting cooking oil into my body wouldn't my skin become oily and wouldn't I get acne?!!?.. I'm kinda doin a lean bulk myself but not too much cardio and not watching my carbs too much. Just trying to eat a ton and a ton of protein most importantly. I'm lifting 6 days a week with minimal rest between my sets and high volume and heavy weights. I do think I'm recovering faster cuz like I said I've been decreasing rest time between sets but not decreasing weights or reps. I just can't seem to decipher what's real and what's placebo effect. My sex drive does seem to be up. Weird question but anyone ever get like just a faint pain in one of their nuts when they are on cycle? My nips are not sensitive or itchy but they do seem to be hard most of the time. One more weird thing my balls definitely itch more too. Like I said sorry bout the weirdness towards the end of this post.
 
hahahaha lol yes i get a pain as well from time to time, maybe from atrophy of the testicles ? itchiness dunno lets hope not herpes lol

i hear what your saying about cooking oil and acne, thought of that as well

some truth to placebo effect but still in line with real gear , heres generally what i notice gradually

- increased libido this comes and goes
- increased drive and focus especially in the gym
- more assertive in my dealings with people
- with tren more short tempered , and my snapping point is earlier, i also find i start to get irrational thoughts from time to time which i would put down to anxiety
- weight with correct diet starts to increase on average 2 - 3 lbs a week again depending on diet from around week 3
- strength gains as early as week 2 which increase exponentially week 5 onwards


i havent used sust in probably 10 years but am expecting largely what i would get from regular test e
 
Hahaha on the herpes. No herpes I'm a one woman man. And she's the same (I'm as sure as you can be bout these things). You've been a huge help man I really appreciate it. Guess I'll just have to wait it out.
 
no probs lol, keep us updated would be keen to see your results with your approach , seem to have all your bases covered well!
 
When you finally come off PCT for this cycle,and still have Acne,Run some SARMS S-4 it cleared mine up when nothing else would.
