sustanon and training?

ok im not yet ready with all my stuff to start my sust cycle (organizing everything first) but i wanted to know something regarding training...does it make a difference if you work out every other day (2 body parts a session) or if you do it 3 days a wk days back to back with the same kinda set up....would look like this :

example 1 (this is what im trying to achieve right now)

Mon: back/chest
tues: cardio
wed: legs/shoulders
thurs: cardio
fri: arms
sat: cardio

example 2 (this is what is probably going to be best for me if i want to get in my training time)

mon- wed (light cardio)
Fri: back/chest
sat: legs/shoulders
sun: arms

i want to maximize my time in the gym and i beleive that example 2 would help me do this..right now i try to stick to the first routine but because of work and school i find that i miss somedays...does it matter how your training looks like??? or is training....just TRAINING? keep in mind that i will be on sustanon 250mgs a wk for 10wks later on and am going to have to train like example 2! thanks guys

Drop the cardio...period...eat clean

Unfortunately training is not just training. As far as training splits go, you need to make sure you are giving each muscle group a chance to recover. Just because Ronnie Coleman's split works for him in FLEX, doesn't necessarily mean it will work for you or me. Try different things out and see what specifically works for you, and figure them out WAY before you even think about using the sustanon. Using gear without proper knowledge about training/diet is futile. For more info regarding what training splits generally work better for people, browse a training board and see what works best for you. After that's panned out then come here for info on your cycle. I think you may be misunderstood as to the correlation of juice and training. Good luck bro.

i understand what your saying bro......if you look at example 2 even though i would train everyday for 3 days in a row each body part would get a full weeks rest every week...i guess my question is what difference does it make in example 1 to example 2 (say you drop the cardio) and work out "balls to the wall" each time? it wouldnt be overtraining in either example

How are you planning to run your Sust and PCT? I am starting a 10 wk cycle soon and would like to compare.

drop the cardio. If you burn 400 calories doing cardio, that 400 more calories of food you are going to have to eat. Unless you are looking to cut.

In theory your week long recovery would work. However, by lifting 3 days you may not be giving ample recovery for certain muscle groups. For example, when you are doing back you are hitting more muscle groups than just your back, which is why i like your second example moreso than the first where you train 3 days in a row. You're going to have to listen to your body to determine how much time your muscles need to recover.

yes, im deff going to drop the cardio when on sust...im trying to figure if i would get the same benefits no matter what routine i would do...if they would produce same outcomes as long as recovery and diet are in check?
