this will be my first cycle.
just want someone to look over my PCT before i started my cycle,
and advise will be appreciated!
cycle
week 1-4: Dianabol 40mgs/day
week 2-13: sustanon 250, 500mgs
PCT
week 15-20: nolvadex 20mgs/day
week 15-17: HCG 500ius/day
week 15-18: aromasin 20mgs/day
week 15-17: vitamin E 1000ius/day
my trainer recommended this PCT but i feel its a little extreme?
