My first cycle was Deca 400mg wk and sust 500mg week and it was pretty awsome. I went from 208 - 232 and my last shot was mid dec. I kept almost everything to this day exept some strenth. My cycle even got fucked up after week 5 cause of loosing my job and having to work out of state. Cant wait for next one. heh
