im 21 yrs old. 6'4 and 210 pounds. ive been working out for the last 2 years. i think ive hit a peak on size. my strength is increasing very minutly. but my size has been steady for the past 6 months or so. im thinking about using a 8-10 week cycle of sustanon. I've been doing research and i wanna get feedback on it. is it worht the side effects?
 
sust has several esters so you need to take it EOD to keep blood levels steady. If you're not into taking EOD injects, I'd go with a different test like Enanthate or Cypionate. 6-10 weeks test with 4 week jump with dbol would be nice first cycle. Good luck and continue your research and don't forget post cycle theropy with clomid/nolvadex

At 6'4 210lbs. I doubt you have peeked,Any way I love sustanon I have used it almost soley as a source of test in all the cycles I have done.....I LOVE IT.....ahum any way 500mgs. of sust. a week say 250 on monday and another 250 on thursday.
I do not agree that you need too shoot EOD.!
My first cycle was just that,I grew bro I put on a solid 15 lbs.After things calmed down
 
i would just recommend you the same thing i told someone else in another tread...Most times after training a few years you start doing to many exercises or supersets and a lot of machines even overtraining, witch it's going to stop your gaining muscle so if i where you at only 21years old i would just go back to basics and take a look in your diet you prolly need to add more carbs and or protein to it, now if you are decided to do a cycle you should use test only so i would just use sustanon alone at 500mg a week for 8 weeks ( then PCT) it will give you a great boost and gains BTW i've done cycles of one shoot a week of sustanon and i worked really well for me.

Two pins of sust a week, for a first timer would be fine. The only annoying sides you would likely find would be possibly alot more acne and mood swings than you would get with test E. Only because there would be a geat deal of blood level fluctuation.
I cant not recomend sust though, my first cycle ever was sust alone.
Test E would be alot more stable. But either will definatley do the trick.
At your height and weight, I would suspect diet is the culprit in your stops in gaining size and strength.
I'm not trying to discourage you using AAS but post up an example of your diet with macro counts if you would. I bet a diet shift would spark a nice size increase. Also possibly a change in training split AND routine.
 
I always liked sustanon because it was the only pharmaceutical test i could get(organon). I had some bad experiences with underground stuff, mostly sore injection sites. I still use underground but have recently found some good stuff that does not give me pain. And also you do not have to shoot it every other day. i was shooting two amps(500mgs) every 5days. 500 over 5 days is 100 mg per day= 700 per week. perfect for me.
 
Have you tried changing your diet and workout regimine? Might be a stupid question but after 2 years of training you should not be peaking on anything yet.
