Sustanol.... good for a cycle alone?

I am thinking of going on a cycle of sustanol 300 I am 6'1 190 with 5% body fat I've heard that test cypionate is better and was looking for some advice from people who know more than me lol I'm open to any suggestions

Well first of sust and test cyp are both testosterone so they will yield exactly (almost) the same results. I would advise that you go with cyp because sust tends to be painful.

But before you do this get your diet and training in check you are underweight for your height. What's your age? And can you list out a typical days diet for me?

I'm 25 and my training is very good and I consume around 3500 to 4000 calories a day I've been gaining quality lean muscle consistently naturally about 2 solid pounds a month and want to take the next step and have heard sust is good but wanted to get some other advice do you think I should go with a test? Or is there something better. I want to gain mass and strength without gaining fat

Test cycle with maybe an oral like beastdrol or dbol. Research a little bit more man. You wanna know everything about these compounds before you put them in your body

If that's true then you dont need steroids at all. Steroids are for when you pretty much cant make anymore natural gains. Just keep doing what you're doing until it stops working.
 
Not yet unfortunately but dieselbolan is the shit and I've heard beast is even better!

I actually just ordered a bottle of beastdrol and I will post my results after my cycle I'm hoping a pct of forma stanzol will be good or should I add something else to it?

The first thing I noticed was 5% BF ... you should be constantly exhausted at that level! Then, also, Sust and Test C are not both the same thing ... both are Test, but Test C is one ester only, where Sust has on average 4 different esters, and one Lab I know of has 5. With gaining a solid 2lbs a month natty at 5% BF ... sorry man, but I call bullshit on it! :) Not as much the 2solid lbs of muscle gains a month natty ... that is very possible if you have your ratio in proper order regarding diet : training : rest, but the 5%BF still blows my mind, and if you are gaining 2 solid lbs a month natty, why mess that great, GREAT foundation up now with addin AAS? Keep it natural until you make no more gains, and then consider adding AAS.

Just another add-on ... Sust for a first timer is, as far as I am concerned, a no-go. You have no idea how your body is going to react to any ester, so now you want to inject yourself with 4 or 5 different esters, and how hard do you think it is going to be to identify where the bad reaction comes from if you experience a bad reaction ... if you want to go the AAS route, then rather start with Test C or Test E alone ... 250 - 400mg/wk.
