I want to run a cycle that will lower bodyfat % and put on solid LBM. I have posted several times on cycles that I was thinking about but I am now seriously considering running something like this:
(for info. this will be my first cycle, 21 years old, i am 5'11", 210lbs., at about 15% b.f. I have been training steady for 6 months, off and on for several years. Two months ago I was 232 so I dropped about 22lbs. I want to get to 200lbs. before I start my cycle. My diet is clean:2000cals. per day 45%pro, 35%carbs, 20%fat.)
CYCLE:
Anavar(spanish generic) 40mg/ED Wk1-8 used in combo w/ V12 creatine 15mg./day
Sust 250 mg/wk Wk 1-6 (should i run it until wk 8?)
Winny 20mgEOD WK6-10
Once I start the cycle I will up the protein, lower carbs, and up the healthy fats. I will keep carbs around 100-150g/day for 3 days, and carb up every fourth day, about 300g. All carbs cease at 4pm (except postworkout). Cardio will be done in AM, weeks 1-6, 4 days/wk. wk 6-10 6 days a week.
Does this look like a good cycle? What type of post cycle therapy should I run? Any and all suggestions are encouraged. Keep in mind this is my first cycle so I don't want to go crazy. thanks guys!
