(Sust or Eq) Which do I shoot first?

I am going to be doing an 8 week cycle of Sust 500mg/week and Equipoise 400mg/week. Should I take both shots of the full doseage on Monday or how should I divide up the shots during the week? Thanks for all advice.

do it in 2 injections...say monday and thursday or tuesday friday...250 sust and 200 eq......they
work very well together...i like it better than sust / deca...less water retention ...more hardness and
vascularity just as long as you stay on lower carbs and low body fat...

do 250mgs of sus on monday combined with 200mgs of eq, then do the same on thursday.

I always do it every 3-4 days mixing 1cc(Sustanon 250) with 2cc(Ultragan 100) in the same syringe.

well since sus is in a disposable amp, and eq is in a vial that contains more shots....draw the eq first so you dont get sus mixed in with the eq. it will also increase the chances of contaminating your eq if you do it the reverse way
