just spent the last few months researching my first cycle and think this is probably the best for me:
250mg e4d sust for 10 weeks with wk1 & 2 500mg.
Im 22 6'1 200 lbs 10%bf and been training solidly for about 4 years. Im looking for some solid muscle gains with no major sides. does this first cycle sound ok?trying to keep it nice and simple for first cycle.
any suggestions on the PCT? hcg/clomid??
Has anyone heard of any mental side effects being attributed to sust, such as poor concentration or feeling lathargic? Only asking because ive got exams starting towards the end of the planned cycle dates.
Any help would be much apreciated.
