I'm a beginner and about all I've taken is clen. I'm 6'0" and 175 lbs. I recently got my hands on 10 ccs of sust. i want to get the MOST out of it. A friend of mine did a 7 week cyle taking 1 cc a week for two weeks, two ccs for three weeks, and then 1 cc for each of the last two weeks. Do you think that sounds good or should i just go with 1 cc for ten weeks?
