Sust/Dbol while cutting???????

Hey guys, new member to the site but been around forums for couple years. I ran a cycle last year of sust and got some nice gains, although if my diet was better i feel i would have got even better results.

I will be runnin Sustanon and Dbol like so.
Dbol weeks 1-4 @ 40 Each day
Sustanon weeks 1-10 @ 500 (2 injections, sunday and wednesday)

PCT will be basic Nolva and Clomid


My stats are
Age 24
Height 5foot 10inches
Weight 189lbs
BF - Not sure, looking at 16-20%

As you can see, some would say i should keep cutting and wait until running this cycle. But circumstance mean i have the gear and need to use it soon, i can not leave it laying around the house.

From other sites and experience i think my diet is near on check, basically high protein and moderate carbs (cut out after training except for oats in shake, and fats fairly low.

Workout will be kept at rep range of 6-10 i think may be best.


My main question is, is it possible to do this cycle and still cut up and get lean while gaining mass??

Diet is clean
Training is strict
Cardio is 3-4 times per week, some days on empty stomach and also after workout high intensity

I would be very grateful if a lot of you could chime in on this and let me know? maybe some clen during pct?

cutting is a matter of diet and cardio so you can pretty much cut on anything
 
While CK is techicly right on track there are some things that are better then others for cutting. I would not think that dbol would be an ideal cutting compound because of the water retention hence most peeps use it as a bulker.
 
yeah I'd use about half the dosages you suggested one shot of sust a week and 20 mgs dbol if you're intent on sticking with those 2

OP, how come your cuttin at 5' 10" and 189 lbs?
You really need to do a lean bulk bro that would suit your current size better if your not soft and gooshy...
 
Thanks guys, i will keep the dbol dosage lower to keep water off.

Will it be easier to cut up the fat while on this cycle? one would imagine of course it would when using any AAS with right diet and cardio. My main thing is to keep gaining lean mass while shredding some fat.

How would you guys go with the cardio? not over doing it and looking smaller really, i wanna gain and lose fat (i know everyone says it)
 
people say keep your heart rate down but I go all out on either the elyptical or stairmaster 500 cals per session you're not gonna go catabolic on cycle anyway so don't worry about that

on my curent cycle I did a total recomp started out at 200 lbs 12% and am currently 200 lbs 6% every lb fat I lost I gained in lean mass so it is possible

do a 3 day weight training split something like this

day 1: chest/back/abs
day 2: cardio
day 3: bis/tris/shoulders
day 4: cardio
day 5: legs
day 6: cardio
day 7: cardio OR off

don't have to follow that it's just a basic example of how to devide your cardio/weight training to not over do either and get the best of both worlds (lean mass + fat burn)

To me, that looks pretty good. But i hear people saying that doing two big body parts wouldnt be good? as in back and chest, also arms with shoulders very close together.

Would you stick with cardio before food or just at a normal time?
Also did you notice yourself still getting bigger along with dropping the fat?

Sorry for the questions, i just really wanna get it right this summer and show people what i got
 
Bigger yes more then stronger it's hard to get strong on strict diet and cardio... intensity is kept high to maximise fat burn it doesn't affect my lifts what so ever training opposing muscle groups I do them all super setted if anything you get a much better pump that way

I honestly don't see a difference in am or pm cardio... I always do weights in the morning and cardio days sometimes I'll allow myself to sleep in and just do it in the afternoon :)
