Sust 250 Questions

hi this will be my first cycle for 8 weeks but i have a few questions..

ive read so many times that sust is too little and should be done at 500mg a week instead, why is this? i know people who have put on 15-20lbs from just 250 a week but ofcourse everyone is different.

what side effects could i potentially get and what do i need to prevent them ie, i have signs of gyno, what do i take, how many and everyday?

for pct what do i need when do i take them and for how long?

atm i have more sust than i need but this will be my first cycle and want to see how i react but like i said above is 250 too low? am i prone to more side effects with such a low dose?
 
why do you want sus?why not test Enanthate or cypionate, keep it simple.

We need stats and age and training history

im 23, been training 4 years but had a motorcycle accident so i couldnt train for about 8 months, before the accident i was 187lbs now i am about 165, i know a big big diffrence, i want to get back upto where i was, as fast as possible..
 
agree with steve,your body will thank you for it! get plenty of protein, nuts are calorie dense so a handfull is a good way to pack on extra calories,and up that training intensity,i would suggest you completely overhaul and change up your routine.

Take 250 a week for three weeks, then see how it's going. Double it if you need to, but like you said if you've been out for a while it might not take much to pack on 10 plus pounds from Sus. Personally I like the stuff, used it a few times. Most guys in here run 500mg minimum of test per week, that's why you hear do that, but most those guys are really huge trying to head way north of 200 lbs.

If you can gain at 250 you don't even need an anti-e. If you bump to 500 I'd use 25mg of Aromasin EOD, while on, then do it another 4 weeks after stopping the Sus as your PCT.

bbrrooo this is the best time to quickly pack it on naturally. Are your bones completely healed? Can you lift heavy without hurting yourself?

Go to Costco buy 60 lbs of chicken and freeze it and a 50lb bag of brown rice. Eat that by the end of the month while lifting heavy and you will put on 10 lbs so fast it'll blow your mind. Regaining muscle is easier than putting on new stuff.

Run your cycle when you're done with that, and I will tell you why.

Outcome#1: Cycle now
You will put on 20 lbs easy. You will lose -10 ok no big still bigger.

Outcome#2: Cycle in 12 weeks or later
You're already 10 lbs heavier. You will put on 20lbs but lose less because your skeletal muscle tissue is better developed along with your routine, eating habits etc, -5. You're now 25 lbs bigger as a pose to 5 I'm no mathematician but...

As for the sust, it has a mix of testosterones your blood levels will be a roller coaster with 1 injection a week that is why it must be administered more frequently. It will still work but is more effective more frequent.
