i have a 50 ml bottle of steris susp. i need help with my cycle though, what is good to stack,and dosages with susp. i've never used susp before, but i heard it is some strong stuff, any info you possibly have on it is more than welcome, thanks

it expired in 11 - 99, but i heard that steris, being american made, was good for about 10 years after expiration, also it was aquired from a very reliable source, any comments welcome
