Suspension not drawing

I recently ran out of 20gauges for drawing my 100mg/ml ttokkyo stanol V so ive been using 22gauge. Problem was it seemed as if i was drawing too much water from the bottle and not enough of the actuall winny each time. Now i just got some more 20gauge needs and i cant draw ANYTHING from the bottle. There still is about half of the bottle left. Ive put about 6-9cc of air in the bottle too thinkin there was not enough pressure left, but that isnt it. Is there anyway of removing the silver top, could i maybe reinject water, what would yall do?

I just tried marinating the bottle in some hot water and was able to draw some out but it was mainly powder, i got frustrated and drew some water into the syringe and shook it and drank it. This is really fuckin up my schedule, can i rip this top off? I can hear it is has water when i shake it and the inside of the bottle is coated with white
