suspended VS free GMS

I lack core strength, plain and simple and this needs to be fixed. My current ME rotation and previous ME rotations for lower consisted of mostly all chain suspended variations of good mornings.

Would doing more free GMs and the occational chain suspended GM help me use my core better and even be better for strength?
 
exactly, alternate between suspended and regular goodmornings. There is no reason not to. Also what about doing some deadlifting in there every 5 or 6 weeks. Core can and should be done heavy as well. heavy sit ups, side bends , and pull downs for 7-10 reps will greatly increase your core.
