My brother's B-day was the other day. I ate so much sushi I hurt myself.:D Mostly Unagi and sake. My gains would be so awesome if all of my post workout meals were a sushi gorge-fest.:RADAR:

I'm suprised my po dunk little middle of nowhere town actually has a kick arse sushi joint. Although as with most asian restaurants, I'm pretty sure the owners live there.
 
I read this artice a long time ago about how raw meat is the best protine a bodybuilder could get because the cooking process damages the protine. I wish I could afford to eat rare rib eyes and sushi all day every day. Whey shakes be damned! Sticky rice for carbs. That's eating clean.
