I am just now finishing up my first cycle ever, and I took sus at between 750-1000mg's a week for 10 weeks, plus dbol at 30mg's a day for the first five weeks. My body weight went from 230-260, but I have been 250 before and had just slimmed down before I started. My bench went up 75lbs, and unfortunately my power clean and front squat weren't able to go up too much because I tore my hamstring three weeks into it. However, I would say that my clean went up about 30 lbs total and my squat maybe another 30 lbs. I play college football and am going into my senior year. My second cycle will be over the summer, after I take 10 weeks off, but I was wondering what I should take. I will get tested probably two months or so after I'm done with my second cycle, so certain juice is out of the question. Plus, I am suseptable to hair loss, so I want to avoid certain gear as well. I was thinking the following:
Sus at 1000g a weeek for 10 weeks
EQ at 500g a week for 10 weeks
DBol at 40mg a day for the first 5 weeks
I will have plenty of arimidex, nolvadex, and clomid on hand for during and post cycle as well. I'm not sure if this is the best for me, but any input is much appreciated. Thanks fellas.
