Sus/deca cycle

Whats up,
I just took my 3rd shot of sus 500mg and deca 200mg. Ive been taking them all at once, 3cc a week. Would it be better if i got more deca and did sus250/deca200 1 day and again another, to space it out? Or is taking it once a week sufficient? Thanx!

I like to split the shots up, if you get more Deca then take 250mg/Sust and 200mg/Deca on Monday and the same on Thursday. Just my opinion. Good Luck on your cycle!

i like to split them up too. this way your hormone levels stay at a more constant level, rather than jumping from monday to friday. also, you get that extra adrenaline on injection day, makes me wanna lift harder.
