Sus and var cycle - first cycle

Hey guys I'm looking at starting my first cycle and would just like to know what some more experienced guys think about the structure of the cycle.

To start with I am 24 about 175 pounds and about 6ft been training for nearly two years.
Looking to do this cycle to gain strength more than anything any size gained is a bonus but happy to take it all.

So the cycle currently Lois like this:

Weeks 1 to 4 Dbol 50mg ED
Weeks 1 to 10 2 x 1ml sus shots on Monday and Thursday
Weeks 5 to 12 60mg Var ED

Week 13 start pct. 50 mg nolva ED and then taper down to 40 and 30 weeks 14 and 15.

Going to be running the n2guard and animal pack for the whole cycle and keeping armidiex on hand for AI and also nolva.

Also what do you think about adding prim into the mix?

Any feedback on how you think that could be improved on would be much appreciated!

Bro it's entirely your decision but I would wait a few years yet before using anabolics.

You propose to use orals from week 1-12 way TOO LONG.

Your pct is terrible!

Research bro you will benefit in the long run.

Agreed, wayyyyyyyyyyyyy too much gear and it would be in your best interest to train onger before juicing.....probably need a little tweek to the diet 1st off...

Ok so pct is bad but that's why I was asking in the first place so looking into it now and including proviron dhea and hcg.

I have been struggling a bit to get more weight on for a long time but I also try to eat as clean as possible keep fat gain to a minimum. A couple of my mates were wafer thin and started cycling very poorly I might add with no pct at all after cyclesand taking what ever gear was available bu still managed to get a good amount of size and strength gain so if I do it properly how would it not be beneficial for me? Been lifting a couple years sk it's not as if I'm wanting to cycle straight out..

I have always read var is very low liver toxic and people run it for a really long time at higher dosages but I also know the dbol is the opposite but a good stack with sus.
Should I run less dbol or not run it as long or just drop it all together?

To much gear and I would learn to train harder and eat MORE. If you do happen to do a cycle , do as EZE suggests and stay with a simple Test or Anavar only cycle. To much way to soon IMO.
 
6ft and 175? You need to EAT EAT AND EAT. You got a lot of natural growing to do still.

Yup, too light for your height....that means with a few changes in diet you will make some nice gains

According to the nutritionist I went to see my diet is pretty good for someone trying to put weight as in it involves 6 meals a day most meals are either steamed and either chicken or steak or pasta or rice and stir fry type stuff. Breakast is either 3 egg omelets or porridge and a couple eggs. If I eat anymore I will explode. My diet is largely dependent on why ever I can get because I work on a mine site and can't cook for myself here but I eat well.

I have put on a fair amount of weight since i started I was real skinny a couple years ago.

The thing that makes it harder is doin 12 hours work everyday it's hard to still get good work outs everyday as well as get enough sleep to recover. I work out everyday for an hour with a 6 day split. Each muscle takes a couple days to recover so I'm assuming I'm training them hard enough no?

My body hates me haha workin in the heat of the Australian desert of mobile earth moving gear and then punishing it some more at the gym every day. Was really lookin forward to some excellerated recovery more than anything with the cycle.

What I would do is start a product called liver care. Take that for 2 weeks then start your gear. When you start your gear stop the liver care. I would take test enanthate, 1cc Monday and Thursday, 50mg dbol ED. Do not take anavar now, save it till the end. You do not want to take 2 orals at the same time. If you can get Equipose (EQ) take that instead. 1cc Tuesday and Friday. Do that for 8 weeks then cut out the dbol and throw in the anavar. Do that for 2 more weeks then cut out the test and EQ. Ride the anavar for another week or so then stop. You should follow with clomin/nolvadex or just hcg
 
Im doin a similar cycle right now with sust 250 n anavar..jus make sure u bridge ur anavar into the start of ur pct..also, arimidex doesnt work well with nolva..its not as strong but aromasin is suppose to b an AI u can take with nolva..hope cycle goes well, let us kno results
