SUS 500. One shot or Two in a week

Keeping it simple you are best advised to shoot twice a week for:

Blood concentration levels
500mg SUS in a jab will hurt as all oil.

Are you doing SUS alone? I find it best mixed with Decca or EQ. You can mix in same barell and it certainly helps with jabs and they do compliment eachother well

Yes, i'm doing SUS alone. I have mixed things about DECA. Although i'm thinking of adding Primo with it. So it'll be SUS 250 with Primo 200 a week.
