Right now, I'm wondering if shooting SUS 250 week by itself for 8 weeks is even worth anything. I just want 10-15 pds of lean muscle. Everyone in the gym tells me. 500 is better. I'm 28, 5'9' and 200pds with 10 years of Natural training.
Also, if i start off with 250, can i double the dosage in about 3-4 and taper down to 250 after 7 or 8. What do you all think?
