Surgery and supplements

Hello, first time posting.

I have general question regarding supplements / steroids/ hgh in my situation. I'm a contact sport athlete, suffering from a shoulder articular cartilage problem that I am getting surgically repaired in 3 weeks. Other injuries include some grinding in my left hip joint and clicking in my knee on the left side, with weakness in that leg. Feels like I have quiet a bit of arthritis going on in the left side of my body. I'm also pretty young, 26. I've lost about 10lb's of muscle and been out of sport for a few months although I can still workout enough.

Beside the physiotherapy to rehab the shoulder and correct my leg/hip, is there anything I should be doing pre and/or post surgery? I have been debating on changing my diet to mostly greens and gamey meats, fish and fruit (bison, venison, horse etc), as well as drinking a ton of water. I have also been considering buying Glucosamine/MSM/Chondrotin, Salmon Oil and Flaxseed Oil and megadosing on this stuff. As well I have a few people telling me to try out growth hormone and steroids simply to heal up for a few months during my surgery and rehab, but I don't know much about this..

Cheers, not sure if i'm on the right track with the steroids/hgh, and if there are any other supplements that would help me out but it all sounds good I think, let me know.

Big thank you.

I'm 41 & tore my right bicep tendon deadlifting in Jan & had surgery on Feb 3. I went back to the gym 1 week later & did Safety Squat Bar Squats, Abs, etc.

Make sure to eat liberally-lots of good food. You're young & recovery should be good/speedy.

No steroids, but do look into Peptides-www.chemicalneed.com-it opens 8/15 & it's run by the best-Need2.

I personally take lots of fish oil-double dose-helps w/ recovery

Look into good, time proven recovery methods-epsom salt baths, sauna, jacuzzi, massage, etc

what are some stats and history? have you ever cycled before?
