What supps should you take with deca? Anything to reduce sides that deca causes?

Also, what do you NOT want to take in conjunction with deca?

You don't want to take any other Nandrolone, and definately no Nolva for PCT (makes sides/gyno worse rather than better).

My opinion...who cares about supps when you are on gear? I mean, you can take whatever you want just as if you were off cycle, but the gear is going to outshine any supp you will take. If anything it will slightly "polish" the gains of deca. But its like wearing high heels when you already have stilts. Gay analogy but you get the point.

supps you should take with deca is TEST and keep an AI on hand, and some vit b6 200mgs 3x day,

And i guess i wont need nolva...if i do start to see gyno what would i take to get rid of it since i wouldnt know if it was from the test or deca?

nice stack, should blow up nicely just get some new shirts lol, take the ai low as you can use 0.25mgs eod, adjust accordingly, the b6 should suppress prolactin build up from deca , and do NOT use nolva with a nortestosterone aka deca

Supps= Protien at a minimum of 1.5grams per lb of bodyweight, Creatine, and maybe an n02 supp.

I prefer adex on cycle as it only decreases estrogen by about 50%, where Aromasin knocks it by as much as 80% which is ok for PCT but too much on cycle. Letro should be avoided on cycle unless lump gyno is bad as it is so effective at getting rid of estrogen, up to 98%, it can suppress the bodies immune system & dry joints out & make you feel like shit..
