Supps for weak Ligaments

OK, I badly strained my MCL(Medial Collateral Ligament) in my Knee a few years back and they told me it would likely be susceptible to injury forever.

2 Months ago I strained it again and it is still sore and has kept me sidelined from working Legs.
My Legs are starting to look like FroRiders did... lol

I'm looking for Suggestions for Supps that will Strengthen the Ligaments.
I know low weight high reps are good, but I want to kick them in the Butt..

I'm leaving for the day, so I'll check back tomorrow a.m. for the dozens of great posts.

FAT JUICY Y_Lifter Karma for all.. dup post on C&C board

thanks

The best joint/ligament supplement stack you can put together is:
N2 joint rx from n2bm.com 5 capsules/day
Ostarine 25mg/day
Fish oil 3-6g/day

This will actually help repair and regenerate the joint and ligament tissue while reducing inflammation in the area and reducing pain.

I heard equipois (boldenon undeclanate) is good on tendons and ligaments. Hope I spelt it right but I'm sure you know what I mean.

I haven't posted here in a while, but....

Find out a doctor that does prolotherapy, and get THAT done!! stat!!!

It's basically a dextrose injection into the tendon that artificially creates inflammation, and as the body sends nutrients to clean up the site, whammo! it also as a bonus, repairs any damage it finds.

After a catastrophic arm injury, prolo is what has me back in the gym!!!
