Suppressing estrogen levels year round?

I was curious as to whether anyone here tries and suppress estrogen levels all year. I am a newbie and have been focusing in on putting together the perfect first cycle. I have learned the importance of anti-e's. I got to reading an article the other day on Arimidex and it talks about it being possible to overdue the anti-e's.... It is my belief that this is because it prevents yourself from returning to normal.

If there is anyone out there who uses anti'es year round...does it really help? Is it worth the money? How does it effect your cycles? What would you recommend for doing so (price vs. results)?

Theres a few people that stay on liquidex all year I heard.
I dont think its that bad.
