good question--and you will get a lot of diff answers. I am an old bastard so i still take the same animal packs i took like 25 years ago + saw palm to help the prostate a bit.

far better would be rALA and n-acetylcystiene (sp?) which have solid science demonstrating protection and regeneration of liver cells under chemical stress. the nac also is used to detoxify/protect kidneys during chemo .
