suppliment question

im looking to hear from people that have used DHEA and/or
T-3 and /or Tribex500 (like biotests brand),
do these work? will they help speed up fat loss
enough to justify the cost?
i have a weak will, if i dont see changes i give up to easy.
just trying to get over the hump so that I will get into fitness
more regular and more serious.
if you like any of those supps , can you explain how they work?
doing research on them right now, but also posting this here
to get real peoples views on them as well.

If you have a "weak will" as you say and give up easily, chances are that the magic pills you seem to be looking for will not slove your problems.

You need to re-evaluate your priorities and decide for yourself whether or not you have the discipline needed to reach your goals.

If it were easy, everyone would do it.
 
its just that i see people drop a shit load of weight fast,,
like a buddy of mine was taking betalean, it seemed to work
good for him, i havent tried that one yet, but i hear so much hype about the dhea t3 and tribex, so i was wondering if there was
any validity to the claims. i tried the whole "stop drinking cola and only drink water" thing, well that didnt seem to do much, and
i still drink a minimum of a gallon a day and hardly ever touch cola,
maybe some coffee in the mornings but thats about it. i have been lifting, but hate the shit out of cardio.
one thing i dont understand is how people rag the EAS shake meals because of sugar, but i have personally seen 5 people near me get pretty fit using them 2 and 3 times a day.
one thing i do do, is a hella lot of walking, because of my job, i
have to be walking atleast 2 miles a day on a slow day. still have a bit more weight than i want.
 
Consistancy is the key my friend.

A good clean diet along with regular cardio 4 or 5 times a week will work wonders for losing unwanted bodyfat.

When I'm trying to lose fat and cut up I never take any kind of fat burning supplements, just eating clean and lots of cardio works great for me. When you get into the habit of doing cardio regularlly its really not so bad. Put on some headphones with your favorite music and 45 minutes of cardio goes by pretty quickly.

I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day walking and lifting lots of heavy stuff and I still need to do regular cardio when trying to lose fat. Some people can lose weight easily, some can't. Those that can't just need to work a little bit harder. Good luck on your goals.
 
Bro, I feel it's a matter of age. I take both and feel they do help me. However, I'm 40 years old. I don't feel the DHEA is good for you if you're under the age of 40. HTH
