Suppliment ideas??????

I was wandering, there are so many freakin suppliments out there. I want to put on lean muscle mass. So does anyone have some good suggestions on good suppliments?
 
there is no "magic" supplement to put on weight

just eat big, train big and sleep big

A good MRP could help
 
Food is not a dietary supplement.

Creatine causes bloating in some - but one of the best (cheapest) ways to gain some mass, unless you want to consider prohormones such as 1-test, which are primarily lean gains. Supplementary protein is only required if your dietary protein is lacking. Other than that listen to the 3 commandments anthrax mentioned.
