Okay right now I'm taking just a protein drink- Nature's Best Isopure zero carb. I've been told to take glutamine and creatine. How many grams of glutamine and creatine am I suppose to be getting daily? Which brands seem to be the best? Should I be taking any other supplements?

I mainly use protein, I have used glutamine before, but it really didn't do anything for me. Creatine I would follow the recommend dosage on the brand you are wanting to use. I don't suggest a loading phase, that never worked for me.

As for other supplements depends on what your goal is. Glucosamine is good, but takes several weeks use for it to start to really work.

The best supplement is a good diet. Without that, anything else you buy is literally pissing your $$$ down the toilet. I take TwinLab multi-vitamin pill and multi-mineral pill, R-ALA from the AF Store, extra vitamin B, C, and E. Thermorexin from the AF Store is an excellent fat-burner, but I just take 1 before I work out for the energy and concentration boost.

Yes!! Diet is key!! I take in a low carb shake with water, multivitamin, C,E, fish oil and flax seed oil.

I agree with everyone else on this thread that diet is first, everything else is a waste of money if that's not in check. The supplements I take are protien shakes, a multi- vitamin, extra vitamin C, and calcium/ magnesium.

If your calcium intake is low, you might want to try adding extra calcium /magnesium, try to look for a 2:1 ratio, also try and get the calcium citrate, magnesium citrate. The citrate type is absorbed faster.

I really love glucosamine w/ msm but that is just because I have terrible knees, but it works. I also take flax seeds when I am about to start, because it "absorbs" some water and I don't feel as bloated. Vitamins!

Oh yes I forgot - I also take Fisol fish oil pills. Probably the most important supplement of all. Fish oil is good for so many things.

I take an EAC stack, 10mg of Anavar, Vitimin C, Iron, Calcium, Glutimin, HTP-5, Flaxseeed oil.

When I'm done the Anavar in a few weeks I plan to use clen to lean out a bit.. and from reading all your posts i have already started cleaning my diet.. Boy does it makea difference!

Just my opinion I take TRAC creatine. it works great & it's sugar-free !

most other creatine supp. are loaded with fattening sugar, which I don't want or need. TRAC comes in orange, grape & lemon ice.

I also take prolab pure whey powder.
