whats up guys. besides protein powder, what other supplement cant you live without? (i can just imagine how many 1-ad comments im gonna get lol) just curious what works for you.

Creatine, Glutamine, Multi-Vitamin...And my EAS Myoplex Ready to Drink which is perfect for work.

Creatine = 5g morning / 5g post workout followed by a high protein gainer for insulin potentiation.
Glutamine = Only when cutting, on an empty stomach @ 5g x 4 spaced intervals.
 
I'm pretty sure I wouldn't make it too long without my chocolate Myoplex. I use about 4 a day. Glutamine and Multi-vitamins also.:fro:

Besides protein powder, Flax Oil and MultiVitamin. I also love my during/postworkout drink of Hydro whey, Dextrose/Malto, Glutamine and BCAA's.
 
well, depending on how long you sleep you have the potential of becoming catabolic if you don't have a constant flow of aminos in your system. Taking a mixture of protein allows for sustained amino release and covers a greater portion of your sleeping window. That is, if you don't mind waking up in the middle of the night, you can stick with all whey.
 
ECA, whey protein, vitamin C, and a good multi-vitamin/mineral. There's others that are good, but that's the essentials.
